Andrew Eden selected for John Moores

In September 2002 Andrew Eden's wall based construction Overtake was selected for John Moores 22, Britain’s leading contemporary painting exhibition.

Fermynwoods is pleased to announce it's involvement in Andrew's forthcoming project to document the roadside landscape. A45 Ten Miles is to be funded in part by an East Midlands Arts new Works and Commissions Grant, and will consist of paintings and a short video piece recording laybys, petrol stations, flyovers and roundabouts along a ten mile stretch of the A45 near Northampton.

The project will be presented as a set of postcards to be distributed at petrol stations along the route that inspires it.
