Based on the international project by Tellervo Kalleinen and Oliver Kochta-Kalleinen, Fermynwoods Contemporary Art commissioned Paula Boulton to work with people in Corby and surrounding areas to collect complaints and turn them into music and song.

The songs were performed by the specially formed Corby Complaints Choir on the opening weekend of Encounters, and two listening stations featuring the songs remained on route for the duration of the exhibition.
